The thing you need to watch out for is if those devices require your wireless router to be of a specific make/model. Many wireless bridges require the main base station to be compatible for setting up a wireless distribution system.
On those two models you picked, I would head over to the manufacturer's website and check the specs and requirements as opposed to what some eBay lister is claiming or not claiming.
And I don't know if you realize it or not, but the Netgear device is a powerline device, so you'll need to have something elsewhere connected to a power outlet. And keep in mind, those powerline network adapters have their own sets of problems. I'd suggest doing some heaving reading on them before investing in that technology.
