Hi,

I am using the Chicken of the VNC on my G4 Mac mini. On my PC, I have RealVNC server.

I can VNC to the PC fine, windows and mouse click works fine. But I just can't type any keys to the text editor on the PC. Everytimes I type something, COTVnc gives me an error message saying that "Connection Terminated. Unknown retangle encoding xxxxxx -> exiting."

Does anyone know what this is about? How do I fix it?

Are you using the latest version of Chicken of the VNC (2.0b4)? The release notes for 2.0b3 says that there was a bug fix for that issue. Or perhaps they didnt get it fully resolved.

Yea, I am using the newest COT 2.0b4, I guess it wasn't fix. Perhaps I should send them an email.
