It's a laser printer, HP, about 4 years old. I have a USB inkjet but I frequently print really ,really long documents and the inkjet just sucks for that. So, anyone tried this successfully? I don't see any way to hook up the parallel cable to the Airport Express adapter.

If you plugged it into a computer, then shared it over the network, I could see it working that way.

But my computers aren't networked--my desktop computer isn't wireless nd it's a PC. They are both plugged into the same router, though. Does that mean I could network them?

I really need to find a way to make this work. Any other ideas?

You could get a Parallel-to-USB printer adapter. There's no guarantee that it would work, however.

I didn't know such a thing existed. I'll have to check it out. My usb printer sucks.

They exist, but they don't work with all printers, and there no real way of knowing if your printer will work with one without trying. Fortunately, they usually only cost $30 or so
