Hi all,

Is there a decent PC card out there for wireless networking besides the original Airport card? The one I use in my TiBook under 10.3.9 is not recognized under 9.2.2, I figure someone out there must be using a PC card that works under OS9. Anyone? I'm talking about the ones that slide in the slot on the side of the laptop, not an internal card.

Thanks,
Tom

There is the original Airport PC card, a Cisco card, and an Orinoco card that will meet your needs. The Orinoco card is still sold, brand new. If you read the reviews in the following link:

Amazon.com: Proxim ORiNOCO Silver - Network adapter - PC Card - 802.11b: Electronics

There is a guy who talks about how he bought one for his Wallstreet and it works fine.
