I have a couple of external hard drives with USB 2.0 connections that I would like to attach to my network . . . does anyone know of a "hub" i could connect my drives to which then connect to my router to see my drives on the network? Thanks

There are network devices that are designed to allow you to attach USB drives to your network. Here's one as an example. And another.

I don't think that's a good idea. AFAIK, USB NAS systems only handle one drive per USB port. However, if I'm wrong, someone who knows better is bound to pounce on this improve my knowledge in this area rather quickly. It's kind of a sport around here: Reeducate Glenn!

Do you have a Windows machine on the network? Attach those to the Windows machine, share them, and then they should be accessible across the network. This should also work from within OS X.
