Hi guys, since most of the posts here are about people having problems of one sort or the other, I wanted to tell you about my little succes adventure. I live in a rural area in Quebec where I obviously don't get acces to cable. I purchased a broadband satellite dish from those guys:Xplornet.com - Welcome to Xplornet / Bienvenue chez Xplornet

The system works great and the signal will drop on those rare occasions when there's a big rain storm in my area. The people at this company are very nice to talk to and they have a staff that speaks both french and english. I've had that system since March 06'.

Two weeks ago, I decided to make the jump and get myself an airport express. Got it home and went through the process of creating a wireless network for my home. I had no problem at all. The only thing that I had to get was new DNS numbers, and a tech guy at Xplornet gave them to me right away. Now I have 3 portables,( 1 mac & 2 pc's), around the house that acces the internet at the same time. It's just works great. I'm very happy with it.

So there it is, everything went well for me.

Later...
