How come my MacPro can't see me Linksys Router wirelessly?
Is there any configurations that need to be done after install the card?

I haven't the foggiest clue because you haven't told me anything about it. Is your Linksys running WEP or WPA? Is it broadcasting its SSID? Can your MacPro see OTHER wireless networks? When you put in the card, you DID install the antenna and connect it properly, right? Details are important here.
