I want to access internet in my PC laptop through my iMac wirelessly.

how do i go about it.
Could someone tell me step by step, as i am new to this.

It is to do with internet sharing

Without internet sharing, the ccomputers get networked, but the moment i switch on sharing, i lose the network and i get a message saying not connected.

This mod says "go to the Networking forum, where all network-related questions belong." And as for your issue, you'll have to be more precise and complete; I have no idea what you mean by "the ccomputers get networked, but the moment i switch on sharing, i lose the network..." Are you saying that the computers connect to each other before you turn on sharing? And that when you turn sharing on the PC no longer sees the Mac?
