I am trying to get the URL that Quicken connects to when it uses Direct Connect to talk to my bank. Does anyone know if it is possible to get this information? Is there a utility or command line that can get this?

Don't worry, I am not trying to hack my bank's OFX server or anything like that.

Little Snitch is a good choice for monitoring connections. But I'm not sure it'll give you the complete url you're looking for:

One of the tools used most often by Unix admins is tcpdump, a command-line tool that allows you to see the packets crossing your network interface. MacSniffer is a front-end for it. WireShark (formerly Ethereal) is a nice GUI application that will also do the job (note you'll need X11 for this). Commercial/shareware apps include EtherPeek and PacketStream.
