This is your luck day. I had to go looking for the exact same thing today.
Open the Airport Admin Utility, then open the relevant Base Station, then from the menu bar choose Base Station -> Equivalent Network Password.
Good?

It's still not clear what AirPort device the OP is using, and I'm curious how the password got "lost." Call me suspicious ("you're suspicious!"), but my computer security officer spider sense is tingling just a bit over this question...
