I am trying to connect a ps3 using a Belkin router, have been in touch with both playstation and belkin and open ports as required, there is still no connection I get a connection error saying "a connection error has occured (8013013D) can anyone help. Belkin are hopeless, no-one speaks proper english or understands what I am trying to say. Playstation will not help me configure my router as they say it is not in their durastriction. The belkin router model is F5D7230-4. I also get intermittant connection with my laptop whereby I get a message "cannot find server"

Welcome! If you look through this forum for mention of PS3s (usually in connection with hooking them up to Macs), you'll find that there are a lot of people having problems getting them to connect through anything. However, I think that if you follow the basic process presented for connecting one through a Mac (and of course substituting your router for the Mac) you should get something working pretty quickly.
