I've been having problems with my Linksys WRT54G (latest stock firmware) dumping my internet connection randomly and requiring not just a reboot but a firmware RESET to get it back (who knows why!) so I bit the bullet and finally went all apple in my network and ordered a refurb Gigabit Airport Extreme. WOW! My internet speeds/snappiness has really improved with it. I'm not certain why, it could have been that my WRT54G was dying a slow death internally, but I am REALLY happy with the Airport. The config utility is nice as well (though I was very comfortable going to 192.168.1.1)
