I have the only Mac in the house. My wife's HP Deskjet 5650 is the network printer for the family. When I try to add this printer to my Mac, it sees the workgroup, it sees her computer and it sees her printer. It asks for (but does NOT show) a location. Maybe I just don't know the correct syntax for describing the location? Under the GENERAL tab when I click on her printer icon in my Dock it shows a URL: smb://... address. Putting this smb address in LOCATION doesn't help.
How do I get connected? Thanks for any input I get.
