Windows clients can't login to Xserve

	We have an Xserve server and it works great with Mac clients. It also has no problem with Windows clients, that is IF we leave the password for the user account of the Windows user BLANK. As soon as we set the password for the Windows user they can't login from a Windows XP machine. I've tried on two different machines and two different accounts. It works when there is no password set but it doesn't work when a password is set. What is wrong? How do I fix it? Thanks!
