I have a Mac Mini which I used to manage remotely using Screen Sharing. But last time I modified something in the System Preferences and I'm not able to connect to it anymore. However I can access the computer with the admin account using the "Shared" tab of the Finder. Is there any way to re-activate Screen Sharing, maybe by modifying a preference file or something? But which one?
Thanks.

I'm seeing these two files in /Library/Preferences/

com.apple.ScreenSharing.launchd
com.apple.RemoteManagement.plist

Try enabling Screen Sharing on another Mac and copying those two files to the main Library/Preferences on the mini and rebooting.
