I noticed awhile back that on my router (running DD-WRT), my two iBooks on Airport just show an asterisk under the host name column in the table of active network clients. If I connect to the network via the wired NIC, the machine's hostname shows up. Is there a way to get the wireless connection to also show the hostname?
For all the trash I talk, I sure own a lot of Macs...
