i want to uninstall it completely before reinstalling and trying again but i have no idea how to remove it... as i don't know what the osx equivalent is to windows' add/remove programs/hardware is...

i've tried clicking on it w/ various keys held (fn, ctrl, option, "apple") & no luck. can't drag it to the trash can either. hrmm??

I think a better place to start is: what's the issue you're having that makes you want to remove it?

Select the modem interface and click the minus sign '-' underneath the list of network interfaces.

uninstalled it, restarted, reinstalled the drivers and configured the modem again and it's working fine!
