I have a new Buffalo Linkstation Pro NAS. I mount this through Finder, Connect to Server, using smb protocol. This works, it shows up in "Places" under Finder. But various backup programs like SuperDuper and Carbon Copy Cloner do not show such a drive as a destination to write backups. Buffalo tells me:

"As long as the software can see a standard SMB share on a Linux-based NAS drive it should work fine. "

What do I need to do to make such programs see this drive? Thanks.
