My wife has a brand new iMac at her office. Unfortunately, the network is utilizing Exchange 2003 which we have recently discovered is NOT compatible with Snow Leopard. She was on the phone with Apple's support department yesterday and was basically told that Snow Leopard is only compatible with Exchange 2007, that there was nothing they could do to help her.
I've seen where she should be able to connect to the exchange server using IMAP, but I don't know how to set that up. I've Googled it, but been unable to figure it out (I have NO experience or familiarity with Exchange). Would someone recommend a link to a good "how-to" site, or simply post the steps here? The "tech guy" at her office has very little experience working with Macs. Any help would be appreciated - thanks.
