I have a Macbook pro user who connects to Verizon wireless with USB Modem/Device and can hit the Internet just fine. When she connect via VPN successfully she loses connection to the Internet and to shared servers which she can get when she is wired via LAN connection. I tried to VPN with my id and I get the same results. I checked the Network Settings and they are set to DHCP and the DNS Settings match up with the same DNS Settings that we use on the Windows side. I took home a windows laptop and was able to connect to everything she needs and our Help Desk tells me to start from scratch by installing the OS and everything which to me is not an answer. Let me know if I am missing anything or any suggestions on how to proceed please. I have installed the MAC OS on G5's with no issues so far but am at a loss.

Thanks for any help

MBP Newbie....lol
