I need to upgrade a network and am considering the Airport Extreme. I need to have a 1TB external drive accessible through the USB port. Best Buy says that I have to use a FAT32 drive format. However, this has file size limitations and will not allow the entire drive to be accessible as a single partition. This would be unacceptable. Can the Airport Express support more recent drive formats? If so, which ones?

The Airport Express doesn't support drives at all.
The Airport Extreme supports formats other than FAT32. Which format would you prefer using?
