From what I can see, Makki is one VERY busy person changing his desktops.

Nice ones, too.

It's an image someone else made long ago and it is large enough to never see the border on the side...to the bottom it fades to white and that's why you can scroll as much as you want! This works pretty well for me! (folders with lots of files I have in list view anyway)

Very stylish composition, with all elements carefully tuned to each other.
Have you considered graying the iTunes display ? Although the digital green isn't that bad either you know...

Thanks!

And I'd love to edit itunes (and also many other stuff) if I only knew where to find those hex-codes...
(and I am partially green blind, that's why it already looks quite grey to me )

you can change the iTunes display easily with ThemePark. i know not everyone has it, but you could make a request to someone that does.

-didn't chnage the mask but changed 152 to grey
-saved as iTunes.rsrc
-replaced the original
-started iTunes
-nothing new!

it didn't change?

thats odd, because it worked on mine...

ok lets do option #2 then

go here and download then "Aqua LCD" skin for iTunes. all that one does is change the display. get it, open that up in ThemePark and see what they did. they did exactly what i said above though, so i'm confused as why it didn't work for you.

Nope. S.O.L., Not Happening, No Way, Never... Well unless they make it a Cocoa App instead of a Carbon app...
