Look at the way you post your desktop though. Its exactly the same even down to the little :. you guys do. That is really weird man.

yes, there are obvious differences, but on the whole, those shots could not have been matched closer unless copied or by the same person.

what greets me every weekday morning

typical desktop on a typical workday.

tons of files to be filed, lots of folders to sift through.

applications running are:

indesign
illustrator
freehand
photoshop
safari
firefox
itunes
mail
and a really crappy browser that only runs in classic. (before you point out the sig under this, bear in mind this is my work station, not my home setup which is 100% classic free,)

desktop is the simple yet seductive 50% black (ideal for colour corrections)

icons are a witches brew of christmas icons, lanham icons and homemade

many servers are connected

the monitor is a very nice lacie electron blue 22 and the engine is a dual hemi G5

and oh yes, the theme is paper and plastic v1 (still waiting for 1.5 or 2)

be in awe anything gets done with this mess
