My current one, G5/Panther inspiration:
Full size
Desktop: found it at maccollection I think
Icons: Snow/graphite+other stuffs from icon factory
Theme: a mix of different elements from Max themes + others done by me

The dots, don't bother me at all as I normally have open windows covering the desktop most times. But even when it's a clean dt, they're not annoying.
