Not for anything other than the LHC being turned on and fired earlier today:

If anyone knows where I can find some ultra high-res versions of some of these photos, then that would be great.

Here's the desktop thread! Woot!

You guys might want to look at storing your images here:

http://www.ourdesktops.com. They give you the thumbnail code and people can vote on your desktop.

Anyway, here is my current desktop... kind of simple at the moment. The way I like to keep it.

Thanks. I found it on a random google image search. I was searching under gay midget porn and that popped up, pardon the pun.

I prefer the real thing.

What I do like is the icon.

A piece of trivia: the P*ssy Wagon was was owned by Missy Elliot, and Tarantino saw it in one of her music videos, and decided he wanted it in Kill Bill.

Riiiight... You can't have too many people use your computer if you so openly advertise your "sexy time".

"Sexy Time" is a portable removable HD that is disconnected from the computer about 95% of the time.

Also, I don't let anyone use this baby but me. Everyone has their own computer.

The icon is from the Kill Bill icon pack on IconFactory. I just wish there was an updated version of it and the Matrix Rebooted icon packs for 512. These are still max 128x128.

I've been running a Mac now since last November, and I'm starting to want to customize it. I'm curious what all you're all using to make things like the time, iCal, and the weather show up on your desktops? I'd like to give that stuff a shot.

Retro style. A plug for all the cool menubar items, as well.

I am the lowest side of the totem when it comes to modify the UI, I don't play with it besides the casual replacement of a given icon but I guess I have to honor what my signature reads, so here it goes…

I'm a simplicity fan! Photo taken from interfacelift.com - a great shot, I thought. As you can see, I'm taking real advantage of my new MacBook's vibrant, glossy screen.

Not sure if this will be pulled because of what's on the desktop, but this is my current desktop setup.
