Sorry about all of these posts, I wish you would be able to delete your posts that have been answered.. I feel like I am just cluttering stuff.. But I need to figure out where to fix the problem with this picture..
and i would like to know what is the easiest way to make intermediate progress bars.. start out really huge for detail and then just have themepark scale them down or what?
thank you also. sorry for all the posts.

Just to let you know, IE does this in Aqua too. It's similar to the thing with Carbon apps where the window background shows up as the tab view background. Which is ok (well it still looks kind of crappy) for Aqua but not for most themes that have different backgrounds.
If you want a fix trying making your dark grayish color the same in the PPATs and backgrounds, that should fix it.

I'm not sure if ThemePark have excellent resizing tool but I resize them in Photoshop myself (I start with 16x96 so I can recognize the repeating pattern) and sharpen them if they looked too blurry at small size. If they looked too ugly then you probably will need to make new one for small size.
