How to make the menu background translucent

Not the menu bar, but when you pull down a menu, that background I want to make more translucent than the default Aqua has set. I looked through all the PXM# (quickly though), and couldn't find it. I know it has to be in there, as those are the only elements that allow translucency. Anyone want to let me know which PXM# it is.

It's called Menu Background Fill. #2061
ThemeParks filter function in the upper right hand corner of the window is a godsend for finding and sorting the pxm's

Never noticed the filter thing

Now, what clr# changes the menus text color?

Is this all documented somewhere? Has it changed much from the OS 9 stuff (the clr# stuff that is)?

Here's a guide to all the colors text colors that I got somewhere. There are complete instructions for makeing themes on http://www.desktopper.net/ somewhere I think, but it's all in Japanese.
