Where are these themes? I think those are two colors that are sometimes avoided...because they are say.... not appealing to look at all the time....

You mean themes like MakkiX? I like that theme, but I prefer it's sibling MaggraX

I love yellow (see my truck below) and am the leading critic of too many grey, white, and lite blue themes, but when I tried that yellow theme it blew my eyes out. Yow! It's just impossible to use even for an eyecandy junky like me! There is one nice green theme, if you can stomache the Windoze look.

I love the U.S., but we need some time apart.

It's a great theme by a great theme designer...but yeah, it is too bright. That's why I prefer MaggraX-S:

These are the differences between MaggraX and MaggraX-S:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Izawa, who created MakkiX, also agrees that it is too bright...that's why he created MaggraX

Dace: Takashi Izawa is a talented themer. The MaggraX-S theme looks great. Don't you think it bears a striking similarity to Max's BBX Mercury X theme? Just wondering what your thoughts were.

I think the maggra theme came out first.

I think it bears a slight resemblance, but they are both very different from one another. MaggraX is softer, less harsh and more relaxed. Mercury X is more crisp, harsh, bright and metallic.

I'm pleased you like it since it's my own little creation [ XTHEME ].

So far that's all it is, a mock-up... but if the demand is there I just might give it life. Didn't want to create it since you know how everyone here reacts to things that involve MS.

Do it! That looks HOT! At least it looks like the only cool thing I know of that M$ has done.

I love the U.S., but we need some time apart.
