I have no idea why my server is down. Probably a good thing considering a new version may be out soon.

Wherefore actually means why. In that particular scene, Juliet is not calling out to Romeo, she knows not that he is in hiding below. She is asking herslef in a monologue, "Why is he Romeo? Why must he be a Capulet?"
