The current icon is so...boring. Can anyone make a new one? Like one thats chrome colored and has flames?

No chrome or flames, but it's got color... This is what I use (click the image to get the .icns file, you might need to ctrl-click, save link to disk):



It's just the XDarwin icon defringed and blue (the square black border isn't part of the icon, of course)...

Why not using white text on it? the black is hardly noticeable.

Oh, it's not bad at all. I can see that Apple's stucked with this "not-exactly-a-pretty-logo" for icon. If Apple have the authority to design new logo, they would go ahead and do it
