I dont know if this would be the right forum but here i go. This is my first time creating a website so take it easy. I made a rough mock up of what i want it to look like. I want it to be similar to how this site http://www.621.org/~carbon/ is coded if you know what i mean....

heres my mock up----I wonder why i can only see it.. because on my comp it shows up fine...

Yeah I couldn't get into it either. I would also suggest you post in the Web Developer forum. You will probably get a better response there.
