where to find default folder icon?

where can i get the default folder icon (with alpha channels etc) so i can edit it? copying and pasting into photoshop just gives me a 32x32 icon, so where does everyone get them from?

Just drag a folder to Iconographer, copy the Thumnail icon into a blank 128 x 128 PhotoShop document, then copy the thumnail mask, paste it into a new alpha channel, and invert it.
