I know Michael Rabe as he was one of the original writers of themes for XMorph. As far as I am aware, the ResExcellence theme section was re-started a while after this article was posted.

I don't think it ever shut down...a few offending themes were removed though.
The one good thing about that possible lawsuit is that it caused Micheal Rabe to quit developing themes..Im sorry, but he just wasn't artistically inclined or something...all of his themes SUCKED!!

He has one theme he is working on now. He was waiting for the release of Duality 4 so he could support the new stuff (XScheme, ThemeStep) so his new theme should be out soon. His current site is http://members.cox.net/instosoft/main.html
