We's likes the precious....

Ok, so I released this by myself. The other person is working on a Warhammer army builder for Mac OS X right now. Blech. I hate Warhammer.

why not tell us how to make our themes in xscheme format. i find it odd that no one can do it or there is no program to do this. then someone says they have a 40 meg file in xscheme format that brings it down to 4 megs and yet they are the only one that knows about this. tell us how. with what.

xscheme is a brand new format, it's wonderful at making themes such as mine small and available to the masses.

As for the process of making one, talk to goMac, that's what I did. The app they have to automate the process is not released yet but he'll gladly share any info about xscheme with you until it IS out.

Ambush- THIS thread was about a theme, 6 threads in 15 days is HARDLY called SPAM.

I'm sorry if you have some sort of issue with goMac, but please, reply to posts, don't start arguements.

Thanks,
Mac Guru

I didn't ask for an over the top announcement on what it was. "xscheme is a brand new format, it's wonderful at making themes such as mine small and available to the masses."

No thank you! I just asked how I could get a hold of what makes it and why not much has been said on it.

thanks.

Search the forums for a topic on Theme Translator 2. It will take any DLTA or .theme and save it in a .xscheme.

did you make theme translator? if so, how come its not on your website. just wondering, since it'd be logical if you made it, or if not, hosted it on your site to let more people see it and know about it. not trying to make fun of you or anything.

Interesting. You wouldn't mind posting a screen grab? I would love to compare that classic one to the original jag-wire theme.

goMac, downloaded Duality 4 GT and ran Original Aqua... Jaguar looks much better now. I missed the look that 10.0-10.1 had...thanks. Why did Apple change it?

Duality 4 changed this theme fast (for all the critics).

I know i like the jaguar Aqua much better than the old one, but can you post a snapshot of the 10.0 Aqua just to remember it correctly.

Original Aqua Screenshots

I prefer it to this new Jaguar. Fantastic.

But the theme does have some problems with the Carbon apps and with the Finder. Perhaps goMac has a way to fix these. But they are negligible and don't affect other programs and aren't really consistent. For example in Safari clicking in the URL field does produce the aqua-blue highlight border accurately.

Another problem with originalaqua.xscheme is that on the OS X login page and in Candybar, the progress bars on my machine display a small white line at the bottom while in motion.
