Does anyone know where to obtain the tools to build Mac OS X themes or maybe a tutorial? How long does it typically take to make a theme from drawing a concept to actually distributing the theme?

For me, it took around full one month to make the theme from concept to final.

It's no easy job. Require awfully LOT of patience.
