Hi:
I'm looking for someone to design some icons for an application I plan on releasing. Here's what I'd need:
Application Icon (3 variations, at least 128x128, but preferably bigger so that I can use the icon for other marketing purposes as well).
Other graphics: 3 to 5 button graphics (for toolbar items, etc., at most 32x32).

Or, if anyone could recommend anyone on these boards with mad graphics skills, that'd be cool, too.

Wow, thanks for the links, Adam!
My plan is to spend a couple of days researching the inquiries I get via email as well as all of Adam's links above, then I'll contact the people/companies that I think would be a good fit and try to narrow it down from there.

My apps have icons designed by Adam Betts, who posted earlier in this thread, and by Sascha Höhne, the Rad.E8 guy ( http://www.rad-e8.com/). I'm super-pleased with both of 'em.

Adam should have linked to his website! His icons are really good, among the best even. Meteorologist went from ugly to gorgeous in one revision thanks to him.

Adam is a phenomenal icon/web/graphic designer. I don't speak for him, or know him (at all), but I think if he had any openings to make you some icons, he would have listed his own site first.
Read: he's probably booked solid...
