I figured this is a good place to ask.
Does anybody have any dock divider icons that will look good with my dock? My dock is set to be completely transparent and I would like to divide some of the applications up.
Thank you.

What color is your BG? I have a set of black ones that I could EASILY turn white...

My background is pretty dark, since I design often I need to keep it that way.
I'd love it if you had some dock dividers!
Here is what my desktop looks like

Um, how'd you get the Finder icon to appear in place of the bolded "Finder" text for the application menu? I'm assuming all application menus appear w/ the app icon on your system instead of the bold text.
Thanks

I just finished with some "blank" ones and I really like the way they look...
Best thing to do is take a new folder, name it [space].app and open the folder icon in an icon editor and delete the icon so there's nothing there... do this for a new folder for each divider.
Works prefectly.

FruitMenu from Unsanity has an option in the preferences to check to make the Application menu appear as an Icon instead

I like the idea but the spaces are too wide for my needs. I could make them half spaces but I'm thinking a very subtile transparent line with space on either sides might be more elegant.

I've went ahead and created some myself. They look like this. Is there anyway to get less space between them?
Any ideas?
They are best on a dark background and are slightly transparent. Feel free to modify them, please share though!
For those who want them you can get them here:[link]http://courtkizer.com/dividers.sit[/link]

Hmmm, I remember that app icon in place of the name was standard issue in the Public Beta. I had asked about it somewhere on these forums when 10.0 came out but was told that the feature had been removed entirely. This would seem to indicate otherwise.
There must still be a simple switch somewhere in the OS to toggle between the name/icon for the app menu which Unsanity is utilizing. I have no need for Fruit Menu otherwise (Unsanity rocks though, I'm a registered WindowShadeX user), but I'd be very interested in finding out how they're doing this! Any ideas?

Thanks, I would love to get it, too. Last week I spent a lot of time looking for some good weather desktops, but I couldn't find anything in a decent resolution.

Yeah, it seems to make more sense with an icon of the application there. It kinda shows that the Apple menu is for global things, and the preferences under the application icon belongs to the "local" front running application. The standard way has always confused me some.

I like having an icon for the application menu because it mental helps you associate this application with the icon. Which is great because the dock is icon based.
