Noob (myself) wants to know how to insert multiple dividers?

I'm a switch-er and won't be look back for quite some time, except when I have to work on XP at work.
But, during all my tinkering... there are a couple things I can't figure out. In the desktop customization thread one desktop has 4 or 5 dividers in their Dock. How do I do this?
Also, are there any really intense apps for customizing the dock?

It's an icon. You just drag it on to the dock. I'm sure someone on here has one for you. Or you could make it yourself if you know how.

You have to make a new icon for EACH spacer you want... I like to label mine (i.e.- Graphics, Internet etc.)

Copy the dock divider for how many instances you want of it in your dock.

I will try this one when I get home. I am stuck in PeeCee land at work.
All the other suggestions, thanks. I have tried those, but when I tried to add another instance of it... it would just move locations of the original divider in the dock.
