So... anyone want to make a tutorial for creating buttons in the style of safari and iMove iDVD? You know the depressed shiny ones. Or is there already one?

you could ask bOOZo. He've successfully duplicated the buttons style for his Brushed Metal theme.

I'm sure it's fairly easy to make though. Just try and experiment with inner shadow, inner glow, emboss, stroke etc.

[edit: oh oh, sorry I misunderstood you... I thought you was talking about the button found in iPhoto 2, etc]

You mean the new style aqua ones, which debuted in iMovie 3, right?

I duplicated the style for iFix. But I just used their buttons and removed the symbol on it and then added my own. I don't know how to make them from scratch, but I guess you would just need to copy the gradient and then make the wave that seperates them.
