Pretty cool. Especially with the glowing blue stuff. Perhaps I'll give it a shot... (Usually I am a little skeptical to themes)

I could probably have used this if it wasn't for the annoying Window title font color bug in Cocoa apps.. Too bad that's there, or we would have seen alot more dark themes

Ok. Something went wrong when trying to instal this. It didn't ask for adm/root psw so it didn't do much obviously except overwriting Aqua blue (or something) so I've got a new log-in bg. I'll try to activate root and run the installer there, and see what'll happen..

Pretty impressive!
I have a question for the themers.. I'm trying to make a black/grey/withe theme (that matches with my powerbook..) and I was wondering how Iza could change the color of the text in the bar and in the menus??
Any trick/tip?

My eyes hurts trying to read anything with this theme. The black text on dark bg is a bad combination here. Other than that this theme is sexy with the blue glowing stuff.. I can't just go back to Aqua now that I've overwrited it, so I'll go to good old AlumiteX for now.. BTW: logging in as root solved my installing issue on my other post.

To go back to Aqua, you need to download and run Izawa's aqua restore, which is right under the download link for Shinobi.
I think this theme is a great design, but poorly implemented and/or limited by Apple's own design flaws.
I like themes but I wonder sometimes if it's really worth it, besides a small change in Aqua. Oh well.

Yeah, you can change the colors except for the window titles in cocoa apps (which is a REAL drawback to dark themes). I am too lazy to explain it all right now, but if you search here for type colors or tutorials I am sure you can find it pretty quick.

looks good, like a cross between Aqua and the 8.5 theme Hi-Tech. Good work.

I don't use dark themes but I like the layout. Nicely done.
I might try it if it were also available in a lighter color scheme.

It looks awesome, but like someone else said, it's impratical for everyday use. Finder windows in Column view would look terrible.

And having personally used it like that, I have to agree...
BTW, can themes possibly make it so that one can't download stuff? After using Shinobi for a while, I used AquaFix to revert back to Aqua, and now I can't download anything for some reason... I keep getting a "Can't Find File" message in Safari, and simply "Error" in the dreaded IE.

Using it right now, pretty nice overall, but I wish it was compatible with duality, hint hint.

Works here... don't see your point.

i absolutely dig the glowing stuff. however, i don´t like the buttons and popup-menus etc. too much... they look too 8.5ish. what i think would absolutely *RAWK* would be a mixture between alumitex and shinobi... alumitex is my absolute favourite (next to smoothstripes ), but it´s weak point is that it is even too bland greyish. especially buttons, progress bars and some other stuff. also, with those tabs it´s etc. are hard to recognize what state they are in. so, generally spoken i think that glowing borders like shinobi has could do wonders to alumitex... and i´m also absolutely sure that this light glowing blue would fit alumitex really well. anybody agree?
