HOW Do I install themes?

I saw shinobi, and believe me, its GREAT!!!
I want to install it right away.. but how???
If I change my theme, I will lose the Aqua one? just asking... sorry about the ignorance here.
I just want to be other mac user with great themes like that!!!

Install ThemeChanger to change the theme (they go in ~/Library/Themes). Just to be safe, install AquaFix as well.

All on Izawa's themes have standard Apple installers. Just download and install it like any other software.

nothing happens....
I just download one of IZAWA's theme..(shinobi) and then everything was normal... the installer windows etc etc... but when it finished, everything still like always... nothing different...
do I have to install something else???

theme changer shows an advise saying that OS X 10.2.5 was a version not supported....it was on my own risk if I choose to install it... so...any instructions? somebody?
