Hey,
I downloaded Smoothstripes 3 onto a fresh copy of Jaguar 10.2.5. I first changed it to the blue widgets variation. But I then changed to the traffic lights. I did this and normal aqua windows are fine and are traffic lights, but Cocoa brushed metal applications are still blue. I downloaded it again and its the same, I get this error upon startup of ThemeChanger.

"Error parsing "Main.themescript" for the tpkg2 format theme at path "/Users/olivercameron/Library/Themes/SmoothStripes Gloss.dlta". It will be skipped."

AquaFix, then download Duality 4 GT to change themes. Works perfect.

Or, try using "Aquafix" from versiontracker and then installing the smoothstripes theme agian.

From the Smoothstripes Blue thread:

"Ok, I found what the problem with the Main.themescript is.. At the end of each file is this:
"}{"
If you remove it, it will stop complaining about the parsing.

The blue metal buttons in the traffic version is an other mistake by me.. Sorry about that, I'll fix it an upload the theme again sometime today." -Max

In other words, I guess you'll have to wait for a bug fix release.
