It's an easy fix. Take the ".dlta" out of the filename and it will become a regular folder, i.e. "brushed.dlta" would be renamed to just "brushed".

An easier way besides renaming it:

Right click on it and say "Show Package Contents"
8 Core 2.8 ghz Mac Pro/GF8800/2 23" Cinema Displays, 3.06 ghz Macbook Pro

not always goMac. sometimes packages are finicky and will let you copy files from them but not vice versa, which seems to be what eme ran into.

The easiest way I've found is to right click the .rsrc file and select "Copy [xxx].rsrc," then right click in the "opened" (show package contents) .dlta file and click "Paste [xxx].rsrc."

Easy fix darkcore... you Command-C the file you want to put in the .dtla and Command-V it in the .dtla... then delete the original. Works like a charm.

That's what I do. Helps to have a 2-button mouse but a ctrl-click works the same.

interesting, didn't realize that osx now mimics the bizarro copy pasting of files that windows does. Personally though I just open the package and drag and drop the extras.rsrc on ThemePark rather than copying it to and from the .dlta
