Hi newportnews,
try to go here, you'll find this sentence " Download : MenuEnhancer sample".
The downloaded dmg contains DXB, Teaqua & Restore all as <sigh!>Package installers</sigh!> (they scare me).
Attention! I don't installed them so I don't know if they work fine, at your own risk.

Or contact the author on AIM, I think his user name is "padmacolors". I think this is the only way to acquire the theme.
