Are there any grey folder icons out there that are animated as Apple's are? I need ones that look the same, but grey.

I think the folder animation is hard coded. I don't think anyone has worked out how so far.

Is the animation you're talking about when you drop an item into a folder? And it opens up? In that case, they're just two separate icons. You can replace them with CandyBar I think.
