I just got the Panther beta, and I was wondering if there's any way to change icons let alone system icons? Is it just me or doesn't the old get info icon changing not work anymore?

It was broke in the old Jaguar developer build too.

It's not broken.

Use Command-I to get info for the file whose icon you want to change. Hit the tab key once, and paste in the icon. (It just doesn't show the selection ring around the icon.)
