VERY original... I like it a lot.
Not really something I'd use on a regular basis but it's REALLY original... the icons are a little lacking since the theme is very 3D and the icons are 100% flat.
I'd try to make the system icons look more consistent with the theme.

Aside from subjective comments regarding color preference and whatnot I think the titlebar needs more "substance" to it. For example the view buttons on the Finder toolbar have a nice highlight on them which the titlebar would definitely benefit from. Looking very tight though.

I like this!
The only thing I noticed that I didn't like is the active titlebar widgets. The inactive ones look "cleaner".
Very nice first effort!

have to agree with swiz on this...the shading seems to be upside down on the titlebar...i used a preview of this theme that had an all blue titlebar that was much better...
also i like the inactive state of the window widgets better than the active ones...they would look better as your active widgets...
nice metalwork...
ah...one other thing...heh...i also like the sunken yellow state of the push buttons..my taste says they would look better as normal state...the bright powder blue is...well...to bright for my light sensitive eyes,,,

Wow - it's so nice to see a totally original non-Aqua-derived theme I particularly like the insets surrounding the finder toolbar buttons - very nice! Keep up the good work.

I LOVE this theme, but have to agree with those who admit they couldn't see using it day in, day out. I'm a theme user, not a theme creator... And can appreciate the time and effort it must take to put one of these together. Here's my Amateur Eye for the Theme Guy:
1. Love the colors. Both the name "Flagship" and blue & gold colors have ties to my hometown. Erie, PA calls itself the Flagship City and the old, minor league hockey team, the Erie Golden Blades wore sweet blue & gold uniforms back in the day. I know. Obscure.
2. Love the buttons & widgets. I don't know what's wrong with them technically, whether shading or shadows are off are misdirected. As a non-artist, I don't even see that stuff.
3. Love the titlebars. As someone above said, it's great to see "a totally original non-Aqua-derived theme," not that there's anything wrong with them.
4. Don't like the scrollbars. They seem a bit busy to me and cut down on the theme's every day usability. They get old very quickly.
5. Don't like the "Apple" Menu logo. I never appreciate themes that replace the Apple logo with their own. Never. Same goes for the Boot Menu, Login Panel or About This Mac box.
This is a great start. I hope you'll keep refining it. Those of us who can't (or don't have the time to) theme for ourselves certainly appreciate all your hard work.

Great theme! (I'm using it right now) Well done. The only thing that I would may be change are the scroll bars..
Other than that it's really nice
