The Aqua Extreme on Max's site is 10.3 aqua. With the 10.3 titlebars.

Sorry, there is no such theme.

If you want one like that, I suggest you make it yourself by using ThemePark 1.0 and this trick:

Use the regular 10.2 Aqua theme. Browse to Elements/Global Elements and choose "Merge with installed elements" for the background, tab pane, window titlebars and Menubar and menus category.

Save that file as a themepark file.

Then apply the Aqua Extreme (with the titlebar buttons that you want) theme and relaunch ThemePark. Open up the file you saved. Go to the "Global Elements" category and select the whole category. Choose "merge with installed elements" (your changed items are NOT replaced). Now go into the File menu and choose to export a DLTA. Save that and inside you will have a Extras.rsrc which have the old stripes, menubar, titlebar but with all the other stuff from the AE theme.

You can rename the Extras.rsrc to the same as the original aqua extreme theme ("traffic_sunken.rsrc" for example, depending on which theme you chose to begin with) and then apply the Aqua Extreme theme so you also get the login buttons etc.

Hope that was understandable.

Amen to that! I'm using SmoothStripes Gloss Blue Widgets w/ Sunken Aqua, and I'll be damned if I ever use any other theme. Just incredible.

I totally agree, with all the past mentions of how Apple should hire Max or I or whomever other themers out there- this theme is concrete proof of Max's potential and just think of the strides Apple could make with the GUI with Max on their team to brainstorm with.

Heh.. i was telling my self after a reinstall not to install any themes at all. "Aqua" was good enough me I thought. Oh well, I felt in love with Aqua Extreme from Max. It's still Aqua, but just better. Thanks Max.

..Sorry for sounding like someone on TV-shop, but the author deserves credit.

Thanks guys, it's really nice to hear that you like the themes so much
I'm actually looking for a job and I'd love to work for Apple, but it seems like a distant dream because I live in Sweden and I suppose all the GUI work is done in the US. Oh well, maybe someday
