Way Back in the day, when Win PC's roamed the earth there was this theme I was using for Windows Blinds. Does this tantalize anyone's creative Juices? Not a straight rip, more like just sculpting something with bits an pieces of example one. Particularly the dot matrix design on the tool bar. It has potential, no? One Love. Thanx!

Nope, still nothing. If you can't get it up I'll host it.
-"I don't believe in God. "
"That doesn't matter. He believes in you."

-"I'm not agnostic. Just nonpartisan. Theological Switzerland, that's me."

I think that looks like a 'him', and the theme looks like it would be mostly impossible to translate to OSX. The only really distinctive things I see about it are the dots and the step in the bar and I don't know how you could do either of those successfully with the limitations of the hodgepodge of contradictory stretching and scaling pxms that make up Aqua.

I love the U.S., but we need some time apart.

Kick butt feedback from all of you. The book were boobs? wha? lol. Mr Tew you make a great refrence to the limitations of the AQUA interface with this skin. No doubt the step is looking like nada. I was messing around with the dots, there might be a shot. I'll post a pic later that doesn't look like a Geocites ad Mediaman_12 ; ). Any takers on working along side? Thanx!

AFAIK this is the Metal Theme from the Java Swing Gui System released by SUN some years ago.

I have touched it for some minor programming issues long time ago.
And this was one of the themes incorporated into JAVA Swing.

The other 3 were Platinum, Windows and Motif (Solaris).

well. I think that could lead to copyright issues, since I am sure Sun has copyrighted the design …

However, it would be nice to see it on the desktop :-)

Cheers,

Martin
