I am new to Mac and would like to be able to apply the themes that I have downloaded. I would appreciate the help very much - help me Unleash the Apple!

Be carefull of 'Unleashing' anything but the two main theme apps are:

Themechanger - freeware/donationware

and

Duality 4 - Shareware
